How to buy

To register at the snug online store you simply need to access the “Create Account” menu in the top right corner and fill in the requested information.

From then on, your registration becomes active. If you wish, you can also access it through social networks Facebook or Google account.

To make a purchase, simply access www.snug.com.pt

Select the item/s you want as well as the color and size. After adding the items to the cart, you must finalize the order: confirm the desired items, if you have a promotional code, apply it and select the desired delivery method. If you are a registered customer, you can access using your email and password or, alternatively, through different social networks: Facebook or Google account. If you do not have a customer account, you may or may not choose to register or proceed with the purchase without registration. Then confirm the delivery method, the billing address and, if you choose, fill in your tax number. The last step is to select the payment method. In MB Way, Credit Card or Paypal methods you will be redirected to the payment page; If you choose Multibanco, you will receive payment details, which must be completed within a maximum of 48 hours.

There are more than 50 countries to which we ship. The online store automatically recognizes the country from which you are accessing our website.
To choose a different country, click on the Menu and, in the lower part of it, you can change the country where you want to buy and ship the order.

If your country does not appear on our list of countries where you can buy, contact us so that we can evaluate the opening of that same market/country.

Snug has several payment methods to make your purchases easier in different countries:

VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Paypal, Multibanco, MB Way, Carte Bancaire, Bancontact, IDeal, MyBank, Sofort, Giropay, Mybank and others.

Credit/debit card
Payment by credit card used on the snug website “https://www.snug.com.pt” is made through a third-party payment gateway. With this payment method, snug never collects or processes any customer data related to your card number. All data is processed directly by the payment gateway provider. Payment for your order is made directly with the bank.
When paying by card, you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiration date and a validation code, which matches the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your card. We will not contact you by telephone to request additional details nor should you provide such information by any other means.

Only after paying for your order will it be processed, shipped and delivered.
