DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE AT S N U G ONLINE STORE?
No. You can place an order without signing up, filling in your billing and shipping details only.
However, by registering at S n u g online store, you will no longer need to fill in all your details on your next visits. You will also be able to receive our newsletters, track the status of all your orders and receive exclusive offers for registered members.
CAN I HAVE ACCESS TO ALL MY PREVIOUS ORDERS?
Click Login, fill in your email and password, and then click Confirm. Access all your orders in Dashboard > My Orders.
If you have not visited us for some time, please make sure your data is up to date.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
There are two ways to change your password:
- Go to the Login menu, enter your email and password and click Confirm. You can change your password at Dashboard > Change Password
- If you're unsuccessfully trying to login, select Forgot your password? Enter your email address and click on Recover. Check your inbox for an email from us and follow the steps to reset your password. (do not forget to check Spam folders as well).
