How to place an order
1. CHOOSE PRODUCTS
Select the product in the color, size and quantity you wish to purchase (check our Size Guide to confirm the right size) and click Add to Bag. The procedure is the same for any other products you like, and from then on you will always be able to see the products included in your cart.
Once you have selected all the products you wish, click Shopping Bag (upper-right corner of the page), and Check my shopping bag.
Check your shopping bag and make sure all details are correct (items, colors, sizes, quantities). When you are ready, click Finish Order.
1.2 - Sign up / Login
If you are not already logged in with your account, you have different options to choose from:
- sign in at "I have an account" (if you have already registered in previous visits, enter your e-mail and password to login)
- if you prefer, buy without signing up, at "Purchase as guest", providing your email, and clicking in Purchase without signing up (you will have to provide a few personal details and billing/shipping information ahead as well).
- take the chance to create an account by clicking on Create an account
2 - SHIPPING DETAILS
In case you have chosen "Purchase as guest" on the previous point, this is the place where you provide your personal details and billing address.
In both cases, if you want to ship your order to the same address, choose the option "Send to this address"; if the shipping address is different than the billing address, choose "To a different address". If the latter is your choice, please fill in your shipping address.
Click Finish Order.
- If the shipment is destined to Portugal (mainland) or any other country, choose shipping by DHL.
- If the shipment is destined for Portugal (islands - Madeira and Azores), choose shipping by CTT.
Payment option - please choose one of the following:
- ATM Reference (if available in your country)
- other payment methods (depending on the country you are ordering from, you may find several alternatives, such as Visa, Payshop, or other additional methods)
Check if everything is correct on the field "My orders" (on your right). Click Proceed to checkout.
Your order is registered! You will receive an automatic email with the confirmation of your order.
If you have chosen "ATM Reference" as your payment method, please do not forget that your order will only be confirmed when it is paid.
Note: To place an order in the online store you must have a valid e-mail account and the browser must be updated and configured to accept cookies and pop-ups.
